30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Return Conditions (Strictly Enforced for Health & Safety)
Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, we adhere to strict health and safety guidelines. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  1. Unopened and Unused: The safety seal must remain completely intact.

  2. In the same condition that you received it.

  3. In the original packaging.

Disclaimer: We cannot accept returns on opened or partially used supplements.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Remorse (Change of mind): The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Defective / Incorrect Items: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Tatamoon will cover the return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at cs@tatamoon.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 10 days, depending on your card issuer's or payment provider's policies.
