Thank you for visiting and shopping at Tatamoon. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on ALL orders, with no minimum purchase required!

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • North America (US & Canada): 3-5 business days

  • Southeast Asia: 7-15 business days

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Tatamoon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For our Southeast Asia customers, please be aware of your local customs regulations regarding dietary supplements.

Damages or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately at cs@tatamoon.com so we can assist you in filing a claim and arranging a replacement.
